Biscoff French Toast Roll-Ups are a delicious and easy breakfast treat! They are made with cinnamon-sugar Biscoff cookies, rolled in a light and fluffy egg-based batter, and then pan-fried to perfection. The result is a crispy, golden-brown exterior with a soft, gooey interior. Serve these French Toast Roll-ups with a dusting of icing sugar and a drizzle of maple syrup for a truly indulgent breakfast.

The recipe is perfect for those who love the taste of Lotus Biscoff cookies, and it only takes a few minutes to prepare. To make Biscoff French Toast Roll-Ups, you will need:

-10 slices of bread

-Lotus Biscoff Spread

-50ml of milk

-60g of granulated sugar

-6g of cinnamon powder

-4ml vanilla extract

-1 egg

-unsalted butter

Instructions:

1. First, take 10 slices of bread and cut off the edges. Roll out the bread thinner with a rolling pin. Spread the bread slices with Lotus Biscoff Spread, then roll up the slice of bread.

2. In a mixing bowl, add 50ml of milk, 30g of granulated sugar, 4ml of vanilla extract and an egg. Mix everything together.

3. In a frying pan, heat the butter over medium heat. Dip the bread into the wet mixture and add to the skillet. Fry until golden brown on all sides.

4. In a separate bowl, mix together 30g of granulated sugar and 6g of cinnamon powder. Brush the bread with the sugar-cinnamon mixture. Finally, melt some Lotus Biscoff Spread and drizzle it over.

There are many ways to make this dish even more special. Try serving it with fresh fruit, whipped cream, or additional Biscoff Spread on the side. Enjoy!

I loved your recipe, especially never having come across Biscoff cookies or spread before. Apparently its still made in Belgium.
Is it very popular there?
