Banana & Chocolate chip muffins

I've baked this faithful recipe for many years. It's from UK's Mary Berry.

100gr butter, softened
2 eggs
175gr sugar
225gr S/R flour * I weigh the flour, as it's accurate
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 tablespoons milk
2 bananas, mashed
50gr chocolate chips

In a large bowl, add butter, eggs, sugar, flour, baking powder, milk and bananas.
Mix together until combined and smooth.
Mix in chocolate chips.
Spoon into a 12 hole muffin pan.

Bake for 160 FF for 25 minutes, or until cooked through.

When muffins have cooled, drizzle melted chocolate over the muffins - with a teaspoon.
(I use 30 gr dark chocolate for drizzling)

My family love muffins too.
Yes, I adapt my recipes and use LF milk. I used to break up a Lindt 70% dark chocolate for this recipe. However, I can now buy Pana dark choc chips from Coles that are dairy free. I buy it when on special.
