Ingredients:

150g packet of Coles Australian Almonds

1 cup (150g) of dried Apricots

1 cup (110g) natural muesli

2 tbsp honey

1 tsp ground cinnamon

2 tbsp sesame seeds



Instructions:

1. Put almonds in a food processor and process for about 40 seconds until very finely chopped. Then, add the apricots, natural muesli, honey, and ground cinnamon to the processor. Process for 30-40 seconds until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

2. Spread sesame seeds on a plate. Take 2 tablespoons of the almond mixture and shape it into balls. Roll each ball in sesame seeds to coat evenly.

3. Place the coated balls on a lined tray and refrigerate for 1 hour until set.

4. Transfer the balls to an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

Optional:

- For an extra crunchy texture, you can use roasted almonds instead of raw almonds.

- For a more decadent flavour, drizzle the bliss balls with melted dark chocolate before serving.

- For a nut-free variation, replace the almonds with sunflower seeds.
