In the beautiful Adelaide Hills. Aldgate and surrounding areas area adorned for several weeks in Autumn with the incredible beauty of Autumn leaves. The pub, The Aldgate Pump Hotel, is good and it would be rare to have a bad experience there. A relatively small, quite friendly, town.
In 1970 it was possible to buy individual cigarettes, at the corner deli 2 for 5 cents, then the price went to 1 for 5 cents. My first experience of inflation!
