ALDI's festive seafood lineup offers luxurious options for budget-conscious shoppers

As the festive season approaches, it's time to start thinking about the Christmas dinner table and all the delicious treats that come with it.

For many Australians, seafood is a staple of the holiday feast. ALDI Australia is making waves with the return of its most popular luxury Christmas buy—a selection of premium seafood that won't break the bank.

ALDI's frozen seafood range has become a much-anticipated annual tradition, and the 2024 lineup is set to delight shoppers once again.

The star of the show is undoubtedly the premium lobster tails, which come with a garlic butter glaze and boast a shelf life of up to 12 months in the freezer.

Priced at $34.99, these lobster tails were a sell-out success in 2023, and for good reason.

With seafood stores charging upwards of $60 for a single lobster tail during the Christmas season, Aldi's offering is a bargain that's hard to beat.

ALDI's entire Christmas seafood collection, which will be available in stores on Wednesday, 23 October, features products to suit every taste and budget.

There's something for everyone, from prawn balls and prawn rolls starting at just $3.99 to luxurious lobster thermidor croquettes at $6.99.

The collection includes three new lobster additions: the Lobster thermidor croquettes, split rock lobster in garlic and herb sauce or French-style sauce, and various other budget-friendly options.

This includes scallops and champagne gratin, lobster puff pastry canapés, and smoked salmon and cream cheese puff pastry canapés.

For those looking to indulge without the hefty price tag, ALDI's seafood selection 2024 is a treasure trove of gourmet delights.

New items include prawn balls, filo prawn rolls, fish wellington, mature cheese and onion croquettes, and more.

The festive and deluxe prawn selections are perfect for those holiday gatherings, offering a touch of luxury at prices that won't leave you feeling the pinch.

ALDI still remembers the old favourites that have become Christmas essentials for many Aussie households.

The lineup includes large Australian tiger prawns, Atlantic salmon side, smoked salmon and cream cheese puff pastry canapés, and extra-large scallops wrapped in maple-flavoured bacon.

The salmon Wellington with cheese and dill sauce is a returning favourite that's sure to be a hit at any holiday dinner.
