5 plants to build your immune system

1. Garlic: Garlic is a powerful food for strengthening the immune system. It contains sulfur compounds that help stimulate the production of white blood cells, thereby strengthening the immune response. It can be eaten raw or cooked. To benefit from its benefits, it is recommended to consume two to three cloves of garlic per day.

2. Oregano: Oregano is an aromatic herb rich in antioxidants, including carvacrol and thymol, which have antiviral and antibacterial properties. It can be used fresh or dried in cooking, or as a diluted essential oil. To strengthen the immune system, add oregano to your dishes or prepare an herbal tea by infusing a teaspoon of dried oregano in boiling water for 10 minutes. Consume up to three cups per day.

3. Green tea: Green tea contains catechins, powerful antioxidants that strengthen the immune system. It can also help reduce inflammation and fight infections. To benefit from its benefits, prepare an infusion by infusing a teaspoon of green tea leaves in hot water for 3 to 5 minutes. Drink up to three cups a day.

4. Chia Seeds: Chia seeds are rich in omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidants and fiber, making them beneficial for supporting the immune system. They can be added to smoothies, yogurts or cereal mixes to increase nutrient intake. Consume one to two tablespoons of chia seeds per day.

5. Turmeric: Its curcumin has antibacterial, antiviral and anti-inflammatory effects. It helps to strengthen the body's natural defenses. It can be used in powder form in dishes, in herbal tea or in capsule form.
Duration: 3 to 6 months.
 
Interesting but none of these claims have been proven. And large doses of turmeric can be toxic.
Most people's immune systems are strong. If not we'd all be dead from infections from the bacteria we have on our skin etc.

Tespn per day in cooking or glass warm milk not toxic if it was Indian and Sri Lanka use it in all their cooking stops inflammation and joint pain for a system eg Australian are not used to the spice it can be used in moderation teaspn per day before bed or early after blast in milk helps anyone with joint pain eg knees.
Some people don't eat right food immune system very week.
Everyone should make it a must blood text every 3 months will tell you what you need.
A friend was having short term memory she thought dementia....after blood test vit D she was lacking that caused her short term memory. You need the highest dosage
At our age as you service your car you need to keep close eye on you

1: You can’t get into a GP every 3 months for a blood test. 2: You can’t get a GP to test you for what you want.
3: you don’t say what to take every day!!!
