My daughter was born in 1974 and when I was up in the middle of the night feeding her I used to sing quite a few of those songs to her, but mostly "I honestly Love you"

I've got them all, on tape. Recorded them straight from the radio. Love all of them. Spent the best time of my life in the 70's as a teenager.

In my high school years I would cut out our local radio top 40 songs printed monthly in the Newcastle Morning Herald, I’d stick them on the inside of my wardrobe doors. Wish I’d have pulled them off & kept them. Such great memories, music was so important to us teens. It helped us navigate through our problems. 💝

Music is important throughout our whole lives.

Research has shown that listening to music can reduce anxiety, blood pressure, and pain as well as improve sleep quality, mood, mental alertness, and memory.
