450g packet microwave long grain white rice
120g coarsely grated cheddar

2. Meanwhile, cook the rice according to packet instructions.
3. Spread the rice over a greased baking dish.

5. Pour the salmon mixture over the rice, sprinkle with cheddar and grill for 6 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
