Some people are just not cut out for cooking.
Take this ‘hack’ that went viral on TikTok for the wrong reasons. It shows a woman grating a piece of frozen chicken into mince using a cheese grater.
But do you think it’s creative or downright mad?
The innovator behind the very, um, creative hack is a woman named Sylvia, who shared the video with her followers with the caption, 'How did I not know this chicken trick?!'
First, she grated the frozen chicken breast and then showed a pile of grated meat on a chopping board. Then, she took a mixing bowl, tossed the meat in, and cracked an egg on top before mashing it all together to make mince.
And this is where it all went wrong, folks. No one seemed to be prepared for where the video was going.
Because after she mixed the meat, she put it back in the freezer, and then pulled it back after an hour. Then she dipped the re-frozen meat in flour, egg, and breadcrumb breading mix.
The woman then popped the now-oversized patty into the oven to bake for 30 minutes.
The result was a dry, almost hardened, meat patty, which Sylvia cut in half.
Then, she grabbed mayonnaise, cheese, tomato sauce, beef patties (yes, two beef patties), and bacon, and added those on top of the chicken meat. The final result was a huge chicken-beef with bacon burger.
Most people can look past grating the chicken meat with a cheese grater, but many were dumbfounded over the woman’s dish.
‘What in the reverse veganism is this?’ Asked one.
Another added: ‘You know they have ground chicken at the store, right?’
‘This video is the definition of “don’t let anyone know your next move”, I was lost the whole time,’ someone else wrote.

Even Chef Gordon Ramsay had a lot to say about the woman’s recipe. In a separate video, the world-renowned chef watched Sylvia’s video live and filmed his reaction in real-time.
‘Where are we going with this thing?’ He asked. ‘What is this dish called?’ The chef continued.
‘It looks like a loaf of bread!’ He yelled at one point.
‘Girl, you’ve lost the plot! Who is eating that thing?’ He screamed at the end.
