I buy the same product for my husband (he is diabetic) In December a 10 pack was $10 at my local Woolworths. The price has risen over the last two months and is now $15.50 for the same pack. There goes our last pension increase! BTW not on Special this year.

Maybe I am missing something. On her healthy eating plan there are NO fruits and vegetables. Not a healthy diet at all, just protein and nuts.

Nothing wrong with our meat. The problem is in the wages! I would imagine SA workers are paid much less than Australian workers so their meat is cheaper. Buy your meat from local butchers who purchase from Australian companies!
