    Having a daughter with a rental property and one renting I see both sides maybe paying less more often might be s good choice. On the other side the owners has overheads taxes etc that are also going up. So everyone is between a rock and a hard place.

    We might be old but we shouldn’t be falling for these scams. At 85 anything and I mean anything I gets checked through my spp. gov, crnterlink, energy. All have been doubtful and the firms are grateful you check. Maybe family needs to help do these checks . But again. Check everything.

    In a centre that contains the top 3 supermarkets my first stop is Aldi, if they had more variety making a Cole’s visit necessary wouldn go anywhere else. With the aid of online shopping prices and my Aldi shop I saved $15. That to a senior is gold.

    Only yesterday walking my assistance dog and using a walker a car and trailer across the footpath had me clunking my walker down the gutter and onto the road to get around. Near a corner the chance of a car whizzing around the corner very real, at 85 really scary.
