Australia has spoken! Can you guess which Shapes flavour was just voted number one?

I prefer bbq shapes with savoury coming 2nd. But can understand the chicken one being the favourite because the flavour is through the entire biscuit whereas bbq you have to rely on them having heaps of flavour added on top and these days it’s a bit hit and miss.

'Shocked and saddened': Sarah Ferguson shared heartfelt tribute to former assistant

They aren’t animals! No-one sets them free!!!! So glad that you’re not racist and married a good “wog” boy. Just because you marry outside of your nationality doesn’t prove you’re not racist against other nationalities and religions. DONT get me wrong - I don’t know you and so am not calling...

Shoppers are feeling unsettled with this new 'invasive' feature at Coles

Why has no-one asked why? According to article Coles has introduced (or will be) cameras, lockable trolley wheels and FOG MACHINES!!!! What?! They’re going to set off the fog and the shop lifters won’t be able to see to find their way out and the rest of us can party like it the 70’s. WooHoo!!!

Want to live to 100? Here's some advice from those who've done it

Basically it comes down to medications that weren’t around years ago and therefore people died younger because there was no treatment to stop it and a better understanding of lifestyle choice that also wasn’t known to be necessary years ago. The more science advances the longer people will live...

‘Discriminatory’ detail in the car park of a recently opened Woolworths store left shoppers outraged

I’ve never understood why parents suddenly, in the last few years, have started needing their own parking spaces. I managed perfectly well with my pram/stroller in normal car parks for both my kids. The only thing I can think of is that the current huge pram/strollers which seem to do everything...

‘The end of an era’: Top chemist chain duo issues announcement after 65-year run

If purchased by another well established chemist group it does allow for a monopoly on pricing as the number of alternative chemists decline. Some are already very expensive and require shopping around to find better prices for anything that’s not on the PBS with pension prescription pricing...

Woolworths draws flak for allegedly charging more for ripe avocados

What really annoyed me last week when I wanted a ready to eat at about $1.30ish each but all were rock hard so resorted to buying an organic one for $4 only to find it was brown through most of and could only use about half!!

Coles faces backlash for their latest 'tone deaf' advertisement

How much did this advert cost to make? Maybe “down, down” the advertising budget and divert the cost of it to “down, down”ing the cost of food.

SDC members react To $2.34 a day Centrelink pension increase

I don’t understand why people insist on comparing payments here to other countries. It really has no bearing on our living expenses, etc. Why don’t they also compare us to countries that receive so much more than us in all aspects of costs. Countries where petrol and food staples are so much...

Is a $25 pair of Kmart jeans better than designer ones? A shopper's comparison tells all!

The mum jeans look great on 20, 30 and even 40 year olds but somehow when I, at 69, put them on they mysteriously turn into looking like little old lady jeans! Regardless of the amount they cost. All I need to do is decide to tuck my T-shirt in and wear a baseball cap and I’ll look as though...

Statutory declarations finally go digital, says government

Ah, but Suzanne Rose, the Gov has passed a law saying they’re not allowed to keep the info. Maybe this law will be as successful as laws saying you’re not allowed to: drink drive, break and enter, shoplift, assault, murder, etc, etc. People will do whatever they want if they are so inclined, law...
