When will these prices start??? Last time they announced these 'specials ' every time I went to buy some, sold out! Then I found out they all only got a small number and if you weren't the first shopper in the door, there was none left. 😢

I buy a ham....slice it myself, pack it into usable amounts and freeze it....it works out much cheaper, you enjoy really nice ham for Christmas and the leftovers last for the rest of the year! And the bone goes into pea and ham soup in the winter. 👍👍

I too have stenosis of the spine, after working all my life and changing jobs as I could do stuff, I'm now 62 and can't do more than sit around, I looked forward to retirement but now I wish I'd done more when I could have...and I had to fight for a year to get a disability pension now I can't...

Yeah...it would not be very hygienic to have bird or rat or mouse or possum, etc...droppings in and around fresh foods....of course where there's food, there's animals trying to eat it, but as soon as discovered, the store owners need to be getting the pest-control in to clear them out!!

This happened to my dad too... he developed a cancer in his eye, they removed his eye, several years later, he got a lump on his neck, had a scan and was told he had 2 to 6 months to live (he only lived 2 mths), the doctor we saw said "its a wonder they didn't pick it up with follow-up scans"...

I'm not sure if MSG is banned, but some people are allergic to it, so it has to be listed. MSG gives me a dry mouth... but it supposed to increase the flavours of other ingredients I was told. It's still in a lot of Asian food products.
