You won't believe how much Aussies are paying for streaming services now!

We've been with Fetch for 8 yrs. We get 84 different channels, mind you we not watch all of them. We have our landline, 2 mobiles, unlimited internet, more movies than we could ever watch and a mini Fetch for the bedroom, all for $189.00 a month through ABB and our son piggybacks off ours...

Discover what big change Woolworths has made to their checkouts–will this affect you?

We just had it happen on Saturday. Same thing, yet I was sure I used the correct pin. Went to a different register and it worked. Strange .

'It was embarrassing!'—Qantas passenger forced to crawl to her seat after disgraceful wheelchair incident

I have to travel to Brisbane from Cairns every two months for cancer treatment and require my walker due to the great the distance one has to walk. Most have the rules for disabled, aged and sometimes those with children, first on last off. I've never had problems with that part of the journey...

Discover the $39 'miracle' product helping countless Aussies ‘sleep like a baby’!

The price they want for these ingredients is ridiculous. They're all things you get naturally in most of the foods you eat. Of course they may be concentrated . Check the ingredients. Every day foods. I'll stick to my fruit and veggies, besides as we get older we tend to sleep in shorter...

yum pasta with mushroom and prawns

Great recipe. I wonder though if it couldn't be converted when posting to Australian products instead of North American items unavailable here. I have no problems as I lived there for many years, but a good many people do have a problem and might not bother with your recipes. Personally I like...

True Ghost Stories Are You A Believer ?

When we lived in Switzerland in a 500+ yrs old house I would often hear footsteps of a child running around in the second floor. At first I'd thought one of the kids had skipped school but after investigating no one was home. This went on for months. One day I mentioned it laughingly to a...

Your letters could soon cost you more! Australia Post plans to increase stamp prices

We get all bills via email. We do get a fair bit of parcels as we do online shopping for things we can't get locally, but our post man Simon always toots and waits for us to come to the gate. We have 3 doggies that go off, hence no doorbell needed. We are regional so may be that makes a...

Shoppers are outraged! Did Allen’s discontinue these iconic lolly flavours?

Loved the Fantales but I noticed the last bag I bought the fantales were nearly half the size they were before and more expensive so they are off the list.

Aussie terrified by 'nightmare' critter at home—is it dangerous?

I know some insects scare people but we need to learn to live with them. They are very beneficial to us, many dine on cockroaches, silverfish etc. I keep a large jar to rescue any that venture into our home and release them outdoors. As someone else mentioned, they are more terrified of you.
