‘This needs to stop’: Shoppers outrage at new Buy Now, Pay Later option at supermarket

My old addage if you cannot afford it, go without until you can. I think afterpay and all the others are a trap and lead to further shortages of money if you don't meet the repayments, especially in this fiscal envirnoment. There are always charities if families or singles are hard up for food.

Grocery delivery subscriptions: Savvy shopping or supermarket swindling?

I have Delivery unlimited with Woolies, however I now shop between Coles and Woolies. I just select the $2 delivery slot at Coles. Woolworths is good if I have a big shop and have to spend $75 but it is a bit of a stretch sometimes so I go with Coles minimum spend of $50. It is swings and...

    ALDI's provocative move stuns shoppers

I think if they advertised correctly, they would have done a good comparison with homebrand products from the other supermarkets. Bit cheeky using well named products. I like Aldi's cleaning products and their prices. I also buy my milk at half the price of the regular supermarkets and my cat...

Shocking exposé reveals how disability provider bilked $1 million in NDIS claims

My aged care provider is a not for profit company. I think from what the workers tell me, they are good to work for. I have had a few rotten workers but on the whole they are excellent. I was forced onto the Aged Pension by Centrelink from the Disability Pension, so I wouldn't quality for NDIS<...

Your phone may be at risk: Lawyer reveals the warning sign to look for immediately!

This would still scare me worrying it was a scam. I, would indeed, contact my local police station and ask if they were sending such a text. I don't deal or take illicit drugs only the ones prescribed by my doctors. This article is a bit unclear.

Slash your grocery bills this March: Here are the most budget-friendly fruits and vegetables to buy

I love stewing granny smith apples and royal gala when the price is reasonable to eat fresh. Lettuce this week came down from $4.70 the previous week to $2.90 and you can add all sorts of things to make a salad, or a sandwich. Thank you for this.

Service NSW will not provide phone support to the elderly-

I have neighbours who fled to Australia from Europe and won't apply for Aged Care Support because they are fearful of governments. This poor lady, whom the article states doesn't speak English, is not on her own. She could be terrified of governments because of possibly what she went through...
