Well, I wouldn’t ever put hot pans directly onto the bench. I would always use a mat. Also, I don’t chop straight on the bench. I use a chopping board. 🤦‍♀️

It’s amazing what you can do with paint! I recently painted our bathroom and toilet floor tiles. I was very nervous, as I had never painted floors before, but I followed the instructions, and am delighted with the result.
