I say good on her for rekindling her passion! ..... this sort of thing is certainly not new. Op shops are full of bargains and the ones in the know, have benefitted by purchasing garments for just a few dollars and reselling them for 20/30 (or more dollars). ;):)

This App could well be helpful if you lived in a well populated area; not so helpful if you live in a small country town of 2,000 where choices of fuel is pretty much limited and travelling long distances to get these discounts is certainly not viable - unfortunately :( Defeats the purpose of...

Could well be true but my husband never lodged a Tax Return once he reached Pension age ..... and they have never been on his back about it. Much different with me though as I work 2 paid jobs.

I do not blame the truck drivers at all ..... as ones have mentioned, the fines for an innocent mistake are ridiculous - not to mention the near impossible time limits demanded by the Supermarkets when trucks can offload their goods. Grossly unfair in my book!

Feel very sorry for this chap. There needs to be some sort of regulation put into place where these Companies are strictly forbidden to provide services to those within a certain age demographic without either a Solicitor/family member being present. I realize that not everyone is cognitively...

Whilst I do carry a mobile phone in my bag, it is turned off and only turned back on at the end of the day when returning home from work ...... in the unlikely event that it were to ring, it is ignored until I am safely home.

I received both when I was looking after my elderly parents .... but then, I wasn't on a pension .... perhaps you are?
