Oops I should have read this before. But I do not see future problems with what I had written, except letting everyone know my wife's surname. Can the fact of her keeping her maiden name and what it is be deleted if possible.

Hi Geoff! I’ve gone ahead and removed the part mentioning your wife’s maiden name to help protect her privacy. Everything else in your post remains just as you wrote it. No worries at all, it’s all sorted now!
