'I have a little rotation': Discover Fran Drescher's secret to happiness

In the pursuit of happiness, it often leads us down various paths.

One famous star has shared her unique approach to finding joy and maintaining a fulfilling personal life.

Fran Drescher has candidly opened up about her sex life and revealed a spicy detail that has many audiences split.

Some might raise their eyebrows, while others may get the inspiration to consider non-traditional relationships.

During a recent interview with Page Six at the Cinema Society screening of The Friend, 67-year-old Drescher slipped that she's not just enjoying the company of a single 'friend with benefits'.

'I have a little rotation,' Drescher shared during the interview.

The revelation came five years after she first admitted to having a casual, intimate arrangement.

When the interviewer expressed their surprise at the term' rotation', Drescher, with her characteristic wit and confidence, laughed it off.

'I'm Fran Drescher. What do you think?' she asked.

Fran Drescher explained that her close relationship with her gay ex-husband, whom she married in 1978, shaped her current approach to romance.

After separating in 1996 and divorcing in 1999, Drescher and her ex-husband, Peter Jacobson, have remained good friends.

Their enduring friendship influenced her decision to keep things light and fun with her companions.

Thus, she opted for 'friends with benefits' situations rather than deeper commitments.

In 2020, Drescher shared that her busy work schedule meant that she and her then-partner only saw each other about twice a month, which she found to be 'more than enough'.

Now, she has expanded her circle and has been enjoying the variety and freedom her 'rotation' offers.

Despite her interesting personal life, Drescher also faced her share of challenges.

She has been working on a Broadway musical adaptation of The Nanny.

However, the project has faced several setbacks, including an actors' strike, her father's recent passing, and the Palisades fires that impacted her home.

Drescher has been open about these struggles and emphasised the importance of being 'very gentle' with oneself and sharing one's experiences with a trusted circle of friends.

Currently, Drescher splits her time between Beverly Hills and New York City and has been finding solace in her East Coast home.

'I have a place here in New York, too,' she added. 'I'm very happy because this is my home, too.'

The Cinema Society premiere for The Friend was a star-studded event.

Yet, it was Drescher's frank discussion of her personal life that captured the attention of many.

Her confidence and openness about her choices offered a fresh perspective on how to navigate the complexities of love and companionship in the modern age.

Yep, just have a look at Married at First Naughty ... as believable as every other "reality" teevee show that's ever been put to air, or ever will. But, still, the lowest common denominator mob laps them up like kids at a free ice cream stall and are drooling for more.

You get the angry 😡 because (a) who cares? and (b) it's Drescher's business.

Humans are inventive despite centuries of religion and society trying to make us boring and singular. Deal, baby, deal.

You can tell with just a few scenes shown that the so-called “reality” shows are just “put ons”. So much utter rubbish. Give me the good old 70s movies and game shows any day.

Because they're told to by the producers to "spice up" the show to make it more believable -- that they're acting just like real people would in the same situation. Next season of the show, they'll undoubtedly go to air without the bleeps covering up the profanities to wake up the jaded sensibilities of the gawpers. Real people don't talk in bleeps, do they? And I wonder why the "actors", for want of a better word, don't give the universal sign of two fingers raised in the air to signify the words "husband", or "wife", or "marriage" when they utter them?

I just can’t watch that show, it’s mind numbing. I avoid it at all cost but it was on in the doctors waiting room one time while I was there and I felt like they should have put me on suicide watch lol
