I had a flu shot about ten years ago as it was mandatory for my job as an aged care nurse. I have never been so sick as I was after that shot!! I haven’t had a flu shot since, preferring to load up on garlic and foods rich in vitamin C and zinc. Never had the flu since…….just saying
