    You're right. It makes me wonder also if there's not more going on that the bowlers aren't aware of. Our Bowls Club was let to go to ruin, it turns our there was money to be made. The site was bought by the Brisbane Racing Club.

    It was NEVER Mothers & Fathers or Dolls. I paddled in the creek and sat up in our Loquat tree eating the ripe ones and putting the seeds down next-door's laundry pipe. I was a naughty girl.

    I don't see how anyone can 'own' land that is used for all Australians. Our beaches are free unlike Europe who charge to go on their beaches. You can own a block of land yes. Not land that's meant for all Aussies. Julie

    I had personal experience of this while at my home at Kedron. My next-door neighbour (who was a pain in the ..se most of the time) actually put one in front of his house, obviously to mean 'don't park here it's MY space' which it was not. Julie
