Certainly did have a problem. A needed parcel and a dreaded card. Gone back to P O for pickup. At 85 and disabled, no way , I was home but they all have problems just ringing a bell. Anyway straight on to help number it was redelivedered the next day.

I have done them but not as easy as one would think,not all accept you and you will have to have a fair bit of expendable time. People who have time such as elderly arnt who they want .

Best thing ever. When I can’t get something I have the google on the phone telling me what to do on I pad. At 85 I do 95% of my needs and manage pretty well. The people on the phone cause me more frustration than my devices.

Precisely we don’t all do that, but in my case my pets are my happiness if I have the choice to replace at a price that will leave a little in my pocket for them china all the way.
