    Certainly did have a problem. A needed parcel and a dreaded card. Gone back to P O for pickup. At 85 and disabled, no way , I was home but they all have problems just ringing a bell. Anyway straight on to help number it was redelivedered the next day.

    Best thing ever. When I can’t get something I have the google on the phone telling me what to do on I pad. At 85 I do 95% of my needs and manage pretty well. The people on the phone cause me more frustration than my devices.
