Only applies to Self Managed Superannuation Funds (SMSF's) which are set up and managed by individuals. Most Australians are in non-SFMF's and this information is irrelevant.

Too many cases where lawyers argue mental health problems as a line of defence. When they are out and about in the community, particularly on bail, they are a danger to society. Surely community safety has to be considered as a key factor in court appearances and sentences.
