Mine is 2 x long black coffees, I can tackle anything after my coffees lol

I’ve taken baby birds advice and have an apple first thing in the morning as it does stimulate the brain. Instead of my usual 3 coffees I’m down to one after that with a piece of dry toast. I feel so much better and not hyped up at all try it you might actually like it.
