I get leg cramps several times a week and have done for decades. They used to last sometimes up to 30minutes! Make sure you are drinking enough water. A minimum of 2 litres a day works for me but I have to make sure I finish at least 60-90 minutes before going to bed, otherwise I’m up going to the loo 4 or 5 times during the night. I’ve also found that a heat pack can sometimes help, ditto a massage gun. What I’ve had most success with is a technique called tapping.
