Dressing up for Sunday School​

Who remembers getting all dressed up in their Sunday best? Girls in their prettiest dresses, often handmade by Mum, while the boys looked sharp in smart trousers, a button-up shirt, and polished shoes. Certainly remember that. Off to church, and home for Sunday roast lunch. Haven’t times changed!

I recall wearing the lovely dresses along with gloves and a hat. Then my older siblings would often decide on the walk there that they didn't want to go, So we'd play truant at the local shopping centre spending the money we'd been given to donate on icecreams.

like me- heat with a ribbon down back, dress, bobby socks and black patent shoes, gloves.

We went to Sunday School and l have been to about every church there is
