Mushroom stroganoff Under $5 a serve

This one is for mushrooms
and pasta lovers . And under $5 a serve

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 6 cloves garlic, crushed
- 500g mushrooms, sliced
- 1 can lentils, drained
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- ¼ cup plain flour
- 1L Campbell’s Real Stock Mushroom
- 500g pasta
- Parsley and sour cream to serve optional
Method
- Heat butter in a large frying pan. Add onion and garlic, cook for 1-2 min. Add mushrooms and cook for 5 min.
- Add lentils, tomato paste and paprika and stir through. Add flour and cook for 1-2 min. Add Campbell’s Real Stock Mushroom and simmer until sauce has thickened.
- Serve with pasta and chopped parsley. Stir through sour cream if desired.
