Cauliflower Schnitzel

I love trying new dishes, and this week, I made this delicious Cauliflower Schnitzel.
It's a perfect alternative if you are trying to have a meat-free meal or serve it as a side. Some people might not like the idea of changing up such classics as schnitzel and other various meat-based dishes, but I like meat-free dishes for myself, and it helps to get creative in the kitchen.

Recipe by Mary Kouzina

Ingredients
1 whole cauliflower.
1 cup of flour.
2 cups of non-dairy milk Or normal milk
3-4 cups bread crumbs.
1 tsp garlic powder.
Salt and pepper.
Oil for frying.
Parsley optional

METHOD
.
1.Cut the cauliflower into steaks (as you cut, little florettes will definitely fall off. Keep those; they become little popcorn “chicken” bites.)
.
2. Dip the cauliflower in the flour and cover generously. Then dip in the milk and then in the breadcrumbs. Press the breadcrumbs on, ensuring they stick.
Fry over medium-high heat until golden brown and place it on an absorbent towel to soak any excess oil. Top with parsley if using Enjoy!

I cook meat for my family but since my surgery can't stomach meat.
Sometimes I manage a thin steak but that's it.

I did beef in black bean the other day but tried to eat it but couldn't

Now I'm feeling like it as well. My daughters cooking today though as I'm sitting in my surgeons waiting room and he was running very late. Maybe he should discount my payment
