I love trying new dishes, and this week, I made this delicious Cauliflower Schnitzel.
It's a perfect alternative if you are trying to have a meat-free meal or serve it as a side. Some people might not like the idea of changing up such classics as schnitzel and other various meat-based dishes, but I like meat-free dishes for myself, and it helps to get creative in the kitchen.

Ingredients
1 whole cauliflower.
1 cup of flour.
2 cups of non-dairy milk Or normal milk
3-4 cups bread crumbs.
1 tsp garlic powder.
Salt and pepper.
Oil for frying.
Parsley optional
METHOD
.
1.Cut the cauliflower into steaks (as you cut, little florettes will definitely fall off. Keep those; they become little popcorn “chicken” bites.)
.
2. Dip the cauliflower in the flour and cover generously. Then dip in the milk and then in the breadcrumbs. Press the breadcrumbs on, ensuring they stick.
Fry over medium-high heat until golden brown and place it on an absorbent towel to soak any excess oil. Top with parsley if using Enjoy!
