Will definitely give them a go ! Thank you 😊

This Rissole recipe was passed down from my Mum, it's a staple in my house and always on the menu when my grandchilden come to stay.
500gms mince - 1tsp mixed herbs - salt & pepper - 2 level tbls P. Flour - 3/4 cup breadcrumbs - small grated zucchini - small grated carrot - small grated onion - as much grated cheese as you want - 2 large rashers of finely chopped bacon - 1tbls BBQ Sauce - 1tbls Worcestershire Sauce - 1 lightly beaten egg.
Mix all ingredients together, form into patties, roll in breadcrumbs and cook in frying pan.
I try not to use oil when frying so I spray the pan with cooking spray instead.

Adding a dollop of mayonnaise can do wonders also.
