Kate Middleton has been a fashion icon for many women since she became the Duchess of Cambridge. She has been photographed in many different styles and always looks impeccable.
After all, she has a sophisticated wardrobe, curated by stylists, from some of the most notable designers. Her dresses always seem to be just the right length, her hair is always styled perfectly, and she always looks put together. Many women have tried to copy her style, but few have been able to pull it off as well as she has. We certainly don’t have her budget!
But, did you know that there are hidden 'naughty' details in some of the Duchess' favourite outfits?

Alessandra Rich, whose dresses are frequently worn by Kate, said that she never knows whether the Duchess of Cambridge will wear one of her pieces until she sees pictures.
'We only know she’s wearing one of the dresses when we see her in it, we’re never told anything in advance,' she shared.
'We don’t ask and they don’t say.'
While the Duchess wears the majority of the more conservative pieces by the designer, Alessandra revealed that some outfits also included some 'naughty' elements.
'All my pieces are like this,' the designer claimed.
'They cover the arms or the legs but there's always a split somewhere or a body chain underneath. It is good to be a bit naughty.'
The designer also commented about Kate's outfit choices, saying that she appeared to have far more self-confidence at age 40 than she did at age 20.
Alessandra added that she appreciates having clients who aren’t 'very youthful'.
The Duchess selects a lot of Alessandra's lengthy, polka-dot-patterned outfits. She wore a lovely long-sleeve white dress with black polka dots to the 2022 Royal Ascot Races and a blue high-neck, long-sleeve Alessandra Rich polka-dot dress to the Wimbledon Championships.
She also notably completed her Royal Tour to the Caribbean in March while donning a classy yellow dress with 1980s influences from the designer.
So, there you have it, folks! What do you think about this revelation? Is it appropriate for the Duchess to be wearing body chains under her dresses? If it makes her feel more confident, we say why not? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below!
