YOGHURT CAKE

I love using Greek yoghurt in cakes and this one is no exception
Tasty and sooo light and easy to make.

My sister inlaw who lives on the beautiful Greek island of Rhodes sent this to me a couple of years ago and it has become one of my favourites, it's so unbelievably light and fluffy.

Oh no that’s terrible - what do you mean they have no help, isn’t there a fire department with hoses - no aerial water bombing?
I’m so sad and scared for you - sending many prayers 🙏🏻
No it's just the volunteers on the ground. All tourist have now left. We still can't get through to them. They are in the north of Rhodes fires are in the south but it's not a large island. A lot have lost power and water , we found that out from a cousin here. Every night we have spoken to my sister inlaw , Saturday night she said it was bad, Sunday night really bad , Monday night Horrific and last night she said it feels like Armegon , she was crying with how much people are losing. Greece doesn't have the water planes and other countries are using them for their countries, so many fires through Europe but Rhodes you never would have thought .

People are not hearing exactly how bad it is

Anything tastes nice drowned in Baileys! 🤣
Definitely spot on there @Thecheesequeen....Bailey's cheesecake, baileys on ice, slippery nipple shots, blood clot shots, baileys on icecream and the list goes on....I'm into Nespresso Martinis minus the vodka (a shot of kahlua in your nespresso short black and chocolate powder on top...divine decadence in a little glass 🤎🤎🤎20230726_220156.jpg

You are so welcome and that's the reason I share the recipes that are easy and my family and friends love.

Can I ask what's been your favourite recipe that you have cooked of mine

I’m so sorry to hear of the struggles your family and others on Rhodes are having to bear - it sounds dreadful and I guess they’re not set up for natural disasters as we are.
I’ve heard that the fires are suspected arson, so the climate activists can say how terrible and apocalyptic it’s becoming.
It’s appalling! It’s not spontaneous combustion or lightning strikes- it’s set fires by people who don’t care about the suffering they cause!
Stay strong it must be do hard for you.
