Just had a look at my Alerts and you would not believe it no idea what it is for but Thank You !!!​

Of interest to me are topics about health and exercise, economics and politics so from that aspect the forum is good for me.

Also i enjoy jokes and games which fingers crossed keep my brain agile.

I also like to copy and paste pictures, so hope I do not tread on any people's toes in my attempts to contribute to the forum.
