Early in my teaching career I taught at a country central school and joined a local basketball team called “The Galloping Greys” which had a picture of a Murray Grey cattle head on our team shirts. We tried but didn’t win any local competitions but now that I am retired to Yamba I consider myself to be a Yamba Grey due to my head of grey curly hair.

used the the light rail for the very first time last week . got onto the platform and someone told me I had to show my card to the meter. So get to the machine and says to tap the screen. kept tapping it with my finger waiting for it to tell me what to do, until a passenger told me to hold my card in front of it. Der, and no I am not blonde
