A Woolworths employee has gotten people talking on social media after posting a rather 'controversial' video about her least favourite deli purchases in the supermarket.
The employee in question took to the video-sharing platform TikTok to share her thoughts on a variety of popular purchases that she had never tried before.
In the video, the employee–who goes by the username Bourk on the platform–is heard giving disapproving reviews of Twiggy Sticks, double smoked ham, Strassburg, and chicken rolls, which are all popular buys.
And these aren't just any bad comments, by the way. She went so far as to give what can only be described as 'scathing' reviews of the products that are her responsibility to sell at her job.

The first victim was the Twiggy sticks. 'Hot and mild, f***ing disgusting, I don't know how people eat that,' Bourk said, and then she gave the deli product a harsh rating of one out of ten.
The next item on the list was the double-smoked ham, which received a little bit of mercy from her. 'Why are the edges rough? I would never buy this, no thanks! The taste is not bad though,' she said. As for the rating, she gave it a five out of ten.
And then the poor, innocent Strassburg. 'F*** off, no. The texture and the colour scare me,' she said, rating it only two out of ten.
The last deli item was the chicken roll, which she described as 'tasteless' and has a 'gross' texture. She rated it three out of ten.
Much to her surprise, Bourk's video soon went viral, amassing over half a million views in just a span of a few days since she posted it.
Most people in the comments section slammed the deli worker for throwing hate at some of their favourite products, such as the Twiggy Sticks, Strasbourg, and the chicken rolls.
'Nooooo, don't diss my beloved Twiggy Sticks and Strassburg!' one user wrote in the post. A second one joined the conversation and added, 'Don't disrespect chicken roll like that…'
'Twiggy Sticks and chicken loaf are the best,' said a third.
Meanwhile, others were surprised that she had never tried these popular buys, despite working at Woolies herself.
