For every ticket*, the lives of deaf, deafblind, and hard-of-hearing Australians could change. It’s the perfect way to make a difference while also having the chance to change your own life.

The Deaf Lottery's proceeds* fund Deafconnect’s Auslan At Home—a program dedicated to teaching families how to communicate with their children using Australian Sign Language (Auslan).

This invaluable resource* empowers families to connect more deeply with their children and equips kids with the skills they need to thrive outside their homes.

Auslan at Home beneficiaries* Lucian and Kristina attest to the benefits of learning Auslan.
Thanks to Auslan At Home tutors*, they have strengthened their family bond while ensuring Lucian can express himself fully in and out of the home.

By supporting the Deaf Lottery*, Auslan at Home could reach more Australian homes that need education and support for children who are hard of hearing.

Deaf Lottery's Lottery 218* will transform the lives of multiple Aussies, and with tickets starting at just $2, why wait?

It’s great to see that the funding acquired via Deaf Lottery ticket purchases will improve the lives of deaf, deafblind, and hard-of-hearing Australians, particularly children. If I happen to be the major prize winner this December, Deaf Lottery would also be profoundly helping me, as I am a long-term unemployed and chronically depressed individual. However, being financially destitute, I can only keep buying cheap Deaf Lottery tickets. I'm embarrassed and sorry about that.

We were told last year that our 5 year old granddaughter might be deaf. Then she had surgery to put grommets in. For a very short time she said her ears were working.
My daughter took her back to hearing Australia , and they said she can't hear from one ear and only 30% from the other ear.

I will definitely be purchasing tickets.

I also want to share this link for Royal Women's Hospital Randwick for the Premi Babies. They are raising money for The NICU in which they do an amazing job.

I was shocked at how much the cribs and monitors cost.

You can click on the link below and make a donation without getting a star.
I purchased a star for my grandson who was born at just 28 weeks. These stars are placed on the wall outside nicu. There are other donation options and every bit helps

I can sympathise with anyone with hearing difficulties as I am one myself I try & explain to
People on the phone my disability and request them to contact me on the internet or snail mail.

I have hearing problems also being profoundly deaf in one ear and reduced hearing in the other. It is really hard trying to engage in conversation in a crowd as the background noise drowns out all the voices. I really wish I could find hearing aids that actually help with this problem. So far none of those I have tried have helped, except in conditions of complete quiet and talking one to one. Not very helpful in our noisy and busy world. I support the organisations doing so much to assist those with hearing loss.
