White Knight

Who remembers the classic White Knight chocolate bar? It was a chewy, chocolate-covered mint bar, a childhood favourite of many Australians! From the distinctive blue packaging to the creamy, melt-in-your-mouth texture, White Knight was a true Aussie classic. It was once sold across all major Australian supermarkets until low sales saw them discontinued in 2016. Did anyone here have a White Knight-induced cavity or two?

No wonder my teeth are sooooo bad.
If they brought them back I could suck it all away.
Another great sweet from way back when.

We weren't allowed to buy White Knights, due to the potential tooth damage.
However, if a Milkbar had spearmint Knights, which was an extremely rare occurrence, we were allowed to get one.
They were green and tasted yummy. I think it was Mum's way of restricting our intake, thus preserving our teeth. We weren't allowed to bite them, with a high risk of breaking a tooth.
We had to suck them, and as they softened, we bent them this way and that until a bit broke off and could fit inside our mouth to suck on until all gone.
Oh!!! Bliss!!! Joy!!!
