When a woman is most fertile
Once in each cycle, your ovary releases an egg in a process called "Ovulation."
An egg can only survive for 24 hours (1 day). After that, if fertilization does not occur, it shuts down and is absorbed back into your body.
Example:
If your egg was released at 6 a.m. this morning, tomorrow at 6 a.m., your egg is probably no longer available.
If your egg is released at 2 p.m. today, at 2 p.m. the next day, your egg is probably already dissolved.
The best time to have sex for conception is 1-2 days before ovulation and the day you ovulate.
Why 1-2 days before ovulation?
This is due to the fact that sperm can survive in the female reproductive tract for as long as 72 hours (3 days) or even 5 days.

Health is priceless
If you have been trying to conceive for more than 12 months but without success, do an infertility check-up with your partner. If the causes are known, these causes must first be treated.
