I usually wake up at 6am. Have a coffee while watching Sunrise on 7 while also reading the newsletter from sdc.
Although today it was holding baby Leo while his mum had her coffee. ( Leo's dad is in hospital and they are staying at mine so I can help with Leo)View attachment 78566

Just seen the pic Leo he has grown up so much .He's gorgeous and l'm pleased he is doing so well.

05.28 every morning ( Dam near every morning anyway if I'm not in hospital or terribly ill). Gives me 32 minutes:- toilet, teeth, shave, shower, get dressed, make my bed, make my breakfast and be sitting down watching a segment of a continuing horror sequence called "7 Sunrise News".
I wait for the weather report before finalising activities for the day as I still do handyman stuff at age 77.
I'll be having a week off commencing 30th July as my wife and I will be flying to Singapore to celebrate our 55th wedding anniversary on August 1st so I'll make it a point of "sleeping in"
