What's your go-to afternoon snack lately?

G’day, you lovely bunch! How’s your afternoon coming along? I’m feeling a bit sleepy after munching too much on our midday snack. It’s not my fault there’s a yummy supply of bickies in the kitchen. 😅 What snacks do you find yourself eating on repeat lately? Share them here, and let’s trade afternoon food talks.

Hi everyone i love a fresh chocolate muffin or blue Berry mufffin nothing better with a good thick-chocolate milk shake at night I love chewing on a snickers bar coffee flavour oh yum yum but you cannot beat a chicken roast dinner desert apple crumble ice cream cheers POSTY

I'm on a very strict diet so all these yummy things others mention are off limits, however, by accident I discovered roast carrot chips. I hate raw carrot and carrot soup but was given stacks of carrots free. I thought maybe the soup would taste better if I roasted the carrots first as I do pumpkin for pumpkin soup, so cut the carrots into chip sized pieces, placed them on a baking tray on paper and gave them a light spray of olive oil and baked until they stared to caramelise. The soup was indeed delicious and I make it regularly, but those roast carrot chips are to die for!! I purposefully make heaps and always keep a container of them in the fridge - a very 'legal' almost no cal snack any time I like!
