Yes, she is honestly racist and honestly bigotted. Hardly something to be proud of . And I feel sorry for anyone that thinks these are good qualities.
I have met her and she definitely isn’t what you described, she absolutely loves Australia and you can see it in her from the moment you meet her, she is not racist, she fights for the likes of you and me to have a better life, if you want to see who is racist, think Thorpe, Payman, Faruqi, these are the ones bringing hate into our Australia 🇦🇺

I love Australia too. Best country in the world to live in. But I can love my country without being a bigot and racist towards our native Australians, and without being a bigot towards those who come to Australia from overseas and want to make Australia their home, and make it an even better country. Much of what makes Australia a great country (food, culture, art etc.) comes from migrants, which makes us very different to the culture, food and art of the original British settlers and convicts.

I am Australian and I embrace all who come here, but I can’t abide those who come and bring the hate that they are obviously running from, this is a wonderful, beautiful country that men and women fought and died for so that all have The freedom and the lifestyle that they enjoy today, it takes a lot to make a country and respect for all those who came before us , creating the country we live in and love, we don’t want conflict, we want to be proud Australians, who want to live in peace not much to ask ❤️🇦🇺❤️

It's not a matter of liking or disliking her.
A lot of her points were valid and made sense, but of course our Government didn't think so and tried to gag her.
The problem is with her presentation, it doesn't lead to rational discussion but incites a knee-jerk reaction in people. A calmer approach would have across better to the masses, including 'middle-aged white men in parliament'!

I recently found a sign, on Temu, which I purchased and sent to my son, as the saying I felt related to him, it said
"DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME LOOKING BACK. YOU'RE NOT GOING THAT WAY"
My son had a dream of leaving the rat race, purchasing some land and living the self sufficient life.
Friends, and also his Mum, I must admit, thought he was crazy when he quit his very well paid job and he and his wife, three kids, two small dogs and three cats headed off for places unknown to follow that dream.
Eighteen months later they are living that dream on 122 acre property out of Grafton. Not the big house they had, but sufficient, limited power, but enough, compost toilet but getting septic.
They have cattle. Chooks, ducks. geese, turkeys, a budding orchard and large vegie patch. He also managed to crack it for a managerial job paying even better
than the one he left behind.
I'm very proud of him for not looking back and following his dream.

I like Pauline Hansen for her honesty, she has the guts to say what an awful lot of people are thinking, and she is very passionate about all things inherently Australian. She is Aussie through and through. I think Pauline gets overwhelmed when trying to get a point across and she gets a bit flustered, also rude politicians cutting her off mid sentence and laughing at her doesn't help, but she always stands up for what she truly believes in and doesn't let people pull her down. Good on you Pauline!!!

I totally agree with you.
I came to this country as a migrant when I was 6 with my parents and 3 of my older brothers, we made Australia our home unlike the migrants of today, they bring their hatred and bigotry and have no place here, send them and their extended families back to where they came from.
I'm not racist against anyone, I have met some amazing Middle Eastern and African people in my time, they work hard and embrace our way of life.

She is 100% Australian through and through undoubtedly possessing many good qualities. The only thing which she seems to lack is a true understanding of the changes that have taken place in Australia since the days of her Grandfather. Australia has proudly become a multicultural country and a marvellous example of 'Love for all' to the rest of the world.

[Pauline Hanson]...Please explain…..xenophobic!!! Are those pesky Asians still the target now or just the ‘others’ and…..? But hey, she left school at 15, but never mind, she has good education in deep frying fish and chips, in - yes Ipswich - yep, she actually gives bogans a bad name. She can go sit beside Dutton in the dunce corner. ‘Nothing puts her off’ because she is too stupid to learn. A definite embarrassment to our Nation.

[1st husband - Walter Zagorski, a former field representative and mining industry labourer from Poland, who had escaped war-torn Europe with his mother and arrived in Australia as refugees] - perhaps she holds a grudge?

Lydia Thorpe beats her hands down.
She wins first prize as the biggest embarrassment to our Nation and to herself.
She would qualify for a part in Kath & Kim, "look at me. look at me".

Oh, if it's a competition, there would be lots of qualifiers. I was speaking to the question of 'who likes Pauline Hanson'. Lots of Kath & Kim - look at me....types.

Former Prime Minister Paul Keating left school at 14, does it matter when Pauline left school?

Yes, Paul Keating, our least liked PM - another nasty god of 'one liners'. Yes, education does matter when it comes to having a say in the running of the country.
