Hi, I published my first book, ' Sufficient Unto The Day ' on Amazon, so I've hardly had time to do much else. I became used to microwaving my tea, or reheating food, because it was only warm when I finally paid attention to it. Everything was secondary to getting the book published, and my second book completed. 'A Test Of Courage ' Both books based on actual nursing experiences, and written as fiction. I would be very interested to know if any other members have written a book, or had one published.

October Breast Cancer month. I was diagnosed in 2020 and again had surgery for a suspicious lump last week. Please Ladies and Men, check for changes, and Mammograms for women over 40 are free at Breastscreen.

Hope that you get the all clear from here on in @Hirst1....it's a worrying time I know, I had 6 weeks radio therapy for my Prostate Cancer in 2020....all seems well so far. Will keep fingers crossed for you. Highly recommend all blokes get tested...usually just a blood test can give an idea. Follow up with your GP's fellas.
