What are you proud of achieving this week?

It's never a bad thing to celebrate the small (or big) victories you've achieved! Validating yourself for reaching your goals is a healthy practise that can boost your well-being. So whether it’s finally tackling the pile of laundry in your room, putting on a brave face even when you weren’t feeling the best, or doing something nice for someone, we’d love to know what you’re proud of achieving this week!

Love this, Sethia! I had a pretty rough start to the week and decided to try and turn it around by taking on advice from friends.
Every day this week I have been: Having a cold shower, meditating, reading a financial wellness book and exercising in the morning. While I hope I can keep these habits up, it's felt nice to focus on something positive that's for my wellness, rather than dwelling on the negatives.

Im proud of going to centre link to try and get a job provider to help me get a job. Unfortunately they couldn't help me.

I know my reason for being proud this week will seem crazy to most of you. I opened my curtains and left them open!
About six years ago I shut myself away from the world only going out when it was totally unavoidable, shutting myself away even to the point of closing the curtains and they hadn't been opened since.
This year I told myself that enough was enough, I had to re-join the world but I realised that I had to do baby steps. This is one of those steps.
I'm not convinced yet that I've got this bit licked as having opened the curtains I haven't yet closed them at night as they might not get opened in the morning! This is one battle I'm going to win as I'm intent on winning the whole war! ;)
