Happy Wednesday, members! I hope your day is going well. Whenever my days get extra busy, I find myself reaching out for a snack and roast potatoes are my favourite! I end up munching on them for hours while I work on my tasks. What treats make your day extra special? Share them with us here!

Ingredients
Step 1
In a deep fryer or large pot, preheat the oil to 190 degrees C.
Step 2
In a shallow dish, combine the flour, the salt, the pepper, the garlic salt, and the celery salt.
Step 3
Dip the potato slices into the beaten eggs and then into the flour mixture to coat.
Step 4
Add the potato slices to the deep fryer and fry until they are golden-brown, about 5-7 minutes.
Step 5 -
Serve the potatoes with the ranch dressing.
Time: 30 minutes
Yield: 4 servings
