We had a family gathering today ,we decided to make different non alcoholic drinks to cool down as temperature reach 38 Deg

Ingredients
Step 1
Process the watermelon and strawberry in a food processor until smooth
Step 2
Add the coconut water and shredded basil and process until well combined.
Step 3
Place the watermelon mixture in a serving jug and top up with mineral water and ice cubes. Serve with the basil leaves.
Note
If you want to make this an alcohol drink then replace tge mineral water with sparkling white wine

250g Strawberries, thinly sliced
1 cup (250ml) coconut water, chilled
1 tbsp fresh basil, shredded
750ml chilled sparkling mineral water
Ice cubes, to serve
