Want to save a fortune? Check out Coles Australia's massive bulk-sized sale this week!

As seasoned shoppers, many of us have tales about our brave ventures into the wild territories of Boxing Day and Black Friday sales, fighting off encroaching trolley-pushers eyeing our marked-down kitchen gadgets.

Coles Australia now offers us a similar thrill but with more savings! Coles has unleashed the 'Big Pack Value' sale—the mother of bulk buys, and no, we're not exaggerating!

Running from July 12 through to August 29 (while stocks last), this sale boasts over 80 products from brands we've grown to trust and depend on in our daily life.

The key feature here? Discounts hit a peak of 70 per cent when switching to the bigger-pack buys!

Historically, sales have always drawn us shoppers like bees to honey, especially in these challenging times when every cent saved feels like a small victory.

Coles has taken this battle to a new level with this initiative designed to assist customers in combatting the escalating cost of living.

Their weapon of choice? Bulk-buy discounts on everything from laundry powders and bathroom supplies to baby products, so we can tick off all the boxes on our shopping list without buyer's remorse!

And pay attention, dear shoppers: these savings are calculated according to the unit price of the big pack compared to the smaller pack at a regular price.

You'll find items such as Colgate Total Advanced Clean Toothpaste available for $20 for a pack of three, offering a one-third discount off the usual price.

If you've got grandchildren at home or want to help your kids out with some expenses in your own way, you can grab Huggies Baby Wipes in a mega 640 pack for $26, saving nearly a third off the standard price.

Beyond toiletries and diapers, power up with a 50-pack of Duracell AA batteries, knocking 40 per cent off your bill at just $29.90.

Or a 350-pack of Snack-size Zip-lock Bags for just $10—an impressive 61 per cent discount!

While we shop until we drop, it’s interesting to note a trend among our fellow Australians.

A survey conducted by Coles—encompassing more than 9,000 participants—revealed that an astounding 85 per cent of Aussies are tweaking their shopping habits to save on grocery bills.

Among young families, this trend is even more pronounced, with 26 per cent choosing to buy in bulk compared to 18 per cent of the general population.

Now, why is Coles showering us with such generosity, you might ask? Deb Galle, Coles General Manager for Health and Home, unveils the strategy behind the 'Big Pack Value' range; it's all about easing the pressure of the weekly shop and saving time.

She said, ‘We know Australians are looking for ways to lower the cost of the weekly grocery shop, and our Big Pack Value range offers households savings on the essentials they are reaching for week after week.’

'By offering products in bulk, we hope to take some pressure off the weekly shop, and with some of the products lasting families almost a year, customers can also save time shopping by stocking up,' she added.
