The task of scrubbing a filthy bathtub may not sound like anyone's idea of a fun time, but it must be done anyway. After all, what could be worse than scrubbing a filthy bathtub? Taking a bath in one. Yuck…

When it comes to cleaning the bathroom, particularly the bathtub, she understands that it can feel like hard work sometimes, but it doesn't have to be!
Using a DIY cleaning solution, you no longer have to bend down and tire yourself scrubbing away all the soap scum and ugly rings around your bathtub. You can even take your time relaxing on the lounge while it does all the work for you! It's that good.
And you don't have to be concerned about your health because this cleaning solution contains no dangerous or toxic chemicals at all.
Here’s what you will need:
To clean your bathtub using the DIY solution, here are the steps to follow:
First, mix the two ingredients (half a cup of warm white vinegar with a quarter of a cup of dishwashing liquid) in a glass together. You can use any dish soap you prefer. Here, Chantel used one from Nontre, which is an Australian-owned brand well-known for its non-toxic and natural products.
When you have finished combining these two ingredients thoroughly, apply the resulting mixture to your bathtub, especially the affected areas, and allow the cleaning solution to sit there for around 15 minutes.
According to the home cleaning guru, the vinegar and the dish soap cuts through stubborn soap scum and rings on the bathtub.
After enough time has passed, simply rinse away the solution to reveal a sparkling clean bathtub! We told you, you don't even have to do most of the work…
Thousands of fellow home cleaning enthusiasts have seen Chantel's video on Instagram, and many of them commented that they were impressed with the hack.
Some of them even said that after seeing the clip, they were going to try it!
'Love this; thank you so much for sharing!' one user wrote in the comments section. A second one agreed and added, 'This looks so great; that soap looks so luxe!'
It might seem like a scary, overwhelming, or even back-breaking job to clean your bathtub, but it shouldn't be. We wish you a happy (and safe) bathroom cleaning, folks!
