Walking stick

I use a walking stick, I was always dropping it,i bought a wrist strap but instead of putting it on my wrist I got a small carabina and hooked it on the waist band of my trousers, so no more dropped stick. I tried to add a photo but not successful, but with you smart people you can work it out 😄

What a good Idea, I have just started using a walking stick myself, and find I juggle car keys, shopping backs etc, and always drop the stick or start to walk away with out it... they are a "Trip Hazard" all on their own!!

What a great idea !!! 😍 Thank you for sharing I will pass it onto my mother

Clever

Where do you get a carabina? I have never even heard of one so please forgive my ignorance.

or clip it your handbag. I have my keys on carabina on a strap and it's attached to the handbag. makes it easier to find them.

I also have a gadget which enables me to prop my walking stick on the side of a table or ledge. I got it from my local chemist who also stocks the straps

So do I , it so much easier than fishing for them in a Handbag!

That sounds very handy as well, I shall ask my Chemist tomorrow about them.
