VIRGIN Service
I used to use the old Virgin as my preferred airline but have been disgusted with what is now offered by the NEW Virgin. They no longer even serve hot meals on flights, either free [as with the old Virgin] or paid for, as on budget airlines. Their pathetic reason, dangerous in case of unexpected turbulence. Real reason is just to cut costs whilst still charging full fares. They must be the only world airline not serving hot meals on 6 hour flights [Sydney to Bali]. At first, I was surprised at the small number of stewards on the flight, I soon discovered the reason, there was virtually no service.
