Vic road sms messages re unpaid fines​

Apparently Vic Roads are sending unpaid fine notices via sms messaging .
These appear to be true. But people ignore them the costs to them go up.
Vic roads should stop this practise and only emals or send hard copies.
People need to contact vic roads to confirm the sms messages before clicking on message. Some hackers will start coping . Attached is copy of sms sent which is unique. But please check before answering

no way would i accept an sms to pay a fine. it woould be into the scam asap.
